Gag Order — Privacy Policy

The short version

Gag Order has no accounts, no ads, and no trackers. We store the minimum needed to run a game between your devices, and votes are anonymous.

What we store

When you join a game we store the display name and emoji you choose, a random device identifier, and your votes — votes are recorded without any link shown to other players (the tally is anonymous at the table). Game rooms and their contents are short-lived working data for the session, kept on our database provider (Supabase).

If you report a card or suggest a new one, we store the text you write, the card in question, and the display name you used, so we can review it.

What we never collect

No email addresses, no phone numbers, no contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers, no analytics profiles. We don't sell or share data with anyone.

Purchases

The “Unlock Everything” purchase is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or our payment processor on the web (Stripe). We never see your card details. Purchase state is stored on your device and with the payment provider.

Email support@clarendon.devand we'll handle it — including deleting any feedback submissions or game data tied to your display name.
